Step 4 – Guaranteed Job Placement Once you've completed your Human Resources Traineeship, our recruitment team will help you secure your first role within the HR industry. Through our network of employers across the UK, we'll help place you into an entry-level Human Resources position within 20 miles of your home, with starting salaries typically ranging from £25,000 to £35,000.
