Job Title: Building Control Administrator Location: Maidstone Area, Kent Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum A new opportunity has arisen for a Building Control Administrator to join a well-established Building Control team based in the Maidstone area.  This role would suit an experienced administrator looking to develop their career within the Building Control sector. You'll provide essential administrative support to a busy technical team, ensuring Building Control applications and statutory processes are managed efficiently and accurately. Key Details • £30,000–£35,000 per annum • Permanent position • Full-time - ideally office based though hybrid, up to 2 days remote, will be considered  • 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays • Company sick pay • Life assurance • Ongoing training and career development • Supportive and collaborative team environment About You • Previous administration experience, ideally within Building Control, construction or a similar technical environment • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively • Knowledge of Building Control processes is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided Not Quite the Right Fit?
