About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our security operations framework. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies that protect our assets, infrastructure, and personnel. You will lead a team of security professionals, ensuring the effective execution of security protocols and response procedures. Your primary duties will include assessing security risks, conducting incident investigations, and coordinating with law enforcement and emergency response teams. Additionally, you will be tasked with the development and delivery of training programs to ensure that staff are well-prepared to respond to security threats.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security management and a deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments. A minimum of five years of experience in security operations, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP), is highly desirable. Familiarity with security technology systems and incident management tools will also be advantageous.
