Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming designated areas, as well as sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. You will also be expected to dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are used in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential, as we provide training to the right individuals. You should possess good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment are crucial. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, may be required, along with the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment.
