Garden Machinery Technician

We are seeking a skilled Garden Machinery Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of garden machinery and equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools. Your expertise will ensure that all machinery operates at peak performance, providing customers with high-quality service and support. You will perform routine maintenance checks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and carry out repairs both on-site and in the workshop, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in mechanical repairs, particularly with garden and outdoor power equipment. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and an understanding of engine systems is essential. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, provide technical advice to customers, and assist in the training of junior technicians. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are crucial for delivering outstanding customer service. A valid driver's license is required, and previous experience in a similar role will be highly advantageous.
