Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will help maintain the store’s appearance by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are displayed attractively. Your ability to engage with customers and understand their needs will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting customer loyalty.

As a Retail Assistant, you will handle cash transactions, process sales, and manage returns and exchanges efficiently. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with your team members to achieve store targets and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Previous experience in retail is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
