Locum Specialty Trainee (ST3+) in Trauma & Orthopaedics required at Craigavon Area Hospital, part of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is a long-term assignment running from 3 August to 30 September 2026, with regular weekday shifts (07:00–18:00) Monday to Friday.

The role sits within the Directorate of Surgery & Clinical Services, providing registrar-level cover across the busy T&O department. Duties include managing trauma admissions, assisting in theatre, running fracture clinics, ward rounds, and supervising junior medical staff. The department handles a high volume of trauma presentations as the primary orthopaedic centre for the Southern Trust area.

Requirements:

• ST3+ level training in Trauma & Orthopaedics or equivalent experience
