What you'll do

• Provide decisive shift leadership; ensure person‑centred plans are delivered and outcomes measured
• Administer and reconcile medication with full MAR/eMAR accuracy; report discrepancies immediately
• Continually assess residents; recognise early signs of deterioration; escalate per protocol

• Confident across varied care needs within a care setting
• Committed to high‑quality, person‑centred nursing
