Humly are recruiting Primary Teachers to support primary schools across Poulton-le-Fylde from September. We're looking for experienced Primary Teachers who want flexible supply work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with opportunities including day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term teaching roles throughout the academic year.

Role Details
As a Primary Teacher with Humly North West, you'll have the opportunity to teach in a variety of primary schools across Poulton-le-Fylde and nearby areas. Whether you enjoy the variety of day-to-day supply or are looking for the consistency of a longer-term role, we'll work with you to match opportunities to your preferences and career goals.
Pay: £120-£160 per day
AWR Pay Rate: From week 13 in the same role with the same hirer, where applicable, pay may increase in line with the school's equivalent rate.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Follow school planning or adapt lessons where required
Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
Assess pupils' progress and provide feedback where appropriate
Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff
Support schools with day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term teaching roles
You'll Be a Good Fit If You...
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
Are confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Can adapt quickly to different school environments
Have strong classroom management and communication skills
Are reliable, professional and passionate about primary education
Are looking for flexible teaching opportunities from September with a trusted local education agency
