Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all designated areas. You will also be tasked with sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that all surfaces are free of dirt and debris. Attention to detail is essential as you will be expected to report any maintenance issues and ensure that cleaning equipment is used and stored properly.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Flexibility in work hours is also important, as you may be required to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
