FM Coordinator- Campsfield IRC

We are seeking a dedicated and organized FM Coordinator to oversee the Facilities Management operations at Campsfield IRC. This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient running of facilities, focusing on health and safety compliance, maintenance coordination, and resource management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, liaising with contractors and service providers, and ensuring that all facilities meet required standards. You will also monitor budgets, implement cost-saving measures, and prepare reports on facility performance for upper management.
