Registered Building Inspector (Class 3)

A great opportunity for any L3 Registered Building Inspectors to our client’s team on a contract basis. This is role has been created for all the right reasons, due to our client having such a high demand of commercial projects and not due to staffing issues; this role is unique in the way that it is entirely flexible and can also be ran alongside a current role if needed. 

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity (L3 RBI’s only) whereby you will mostly be working remotely to provide building regulations plans checks/answer technical queries, however, there is also a requirement to perform some ADHOC inspections within London (max 1 day/wk). The workload is made up of mostly bread & butter commercial projects (2D – 2F) but also includes a few HRB’s and complex commercial schemes.

• Rate:£70 – £ 85/hr DOE
• Contract Length: Long running contract (Could run indefinitely for the right candidate)
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35 available
• Hours: Up to 22.5 hrs/wk.
