Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre
Salary: £26,556 - £28,764 per annum
Grade B
Permanent Contract
37 Hours per Week
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Advisor to join our Contact Centre to support residents with enquiries on environment health, planning, rent accounts and other local services.
You’ll handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customers receive a helpful, timely service.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A calm, customer-focused approach are essential.
- Training is provided.
