Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Beaconsfield
Salary: £25,506 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Join our compassionate team at Candlemas Mead, a warm and inclusive supported living home for six adults with learning disabilities. You will help create a respectful, empowering environment where residents can build independence and achieve personal goals.
The Role
- Provide personal care with dignity
- Support with medication
- Encourage daily life skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
- Build positive, meaningful relationships
- Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments
Sleep-ins are essential (£52.78 per night). Hoist training is required-full training can be provided.
About You
You will be caring, reliable and able to work collaboratively as well as independently. Most importantly, you bring compassion and a genuine desire to support others.
Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
