The opportunity
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a role in local government during a period of considerable transformation?
This is an exciting time for Adur & Worthing as we prepare for Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) - one of the most significant organisational change programmes in the Councils’ history.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will be at the heart of our strategic HR initiatives. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will lead impactful organisational change projects, design and deliver manager training and provide data-driven insights to help us navigate LGR with empathy, strategic insight, and resilience.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone with significant experience of change management and TUPE, and who will equip managers to maximise their people resources, leading in areas such as performance, change and absence management, workforce/succession planning and leadership development.
You will contribute to the development of HR strategies, policies and processes, whilst providing support for workstreams associated with LGR.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of local government while supporting our people through an unprecedented period of transformation.
If this sounds like the role for you, we look forward to receiving your application!
