About the role
Are you a talented Sous Chef looking for a quality role with brilliant hours in Leicestershire? Premier Selection is recruiting a Sous Chef in Melton Mowbray — offering up to £35,000, straight shifts and a 39-hour week. No split shifts. No antisocial hours.
As Sous Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, maintain high food standards and support the brigade. A kitchen that values its team — and the straight shifts prove it.
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Sous Chef to join the team somebody that is a real team player who enjoys working in a busy environment and is a great communicator
Applicants will need to live in the Melton Mowbray, Wymeswold, Asfordby, Keyworth, Loughborough, Sileby, Barrow upon Soar, Syston or Thurmaston area with their own transport
