Premier Selection is recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie for this superb Coastal property — a kitchen led by a Head Chef who values high standards, creativity and a brilliant team culture.

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of a popular dessert menu featuring a tempting mix of classic and modern dishes — with real scope to develop your own ideas and put your stamp on the section.

You’ll work under the guidance of an exceptional Head Chef alongside a talented brigade, producing beautiful, well-executed desserts to a consistently high standard. This is a Pastry Chef de Partie role where your creativity genuinely matters.

We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with previous pastry experience — whether you’re a trained pastry chef or a main kitchen Chef de Partie who loves pastry and wants to develop their skills further. Either background is welcome

Live in is available if required alternatively candidates will need to live in the Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Aldeburgh or Ipswich area with their own transport

Benefits

Base Salary from £29,000 (depending upon experience)
