Chef de Partie (Pastry)

Are you a talented Pastry Chef de Partie or a talented Chef de Partie who wants to develop their pastry skills? ready to showcase your skills?

We have a busy High End Hotel and wedding venue looking for either a pastry Chef de Partie or a Chef de partie who enjoys pastry to join their team.

The role will mostly be working within the team, creating a variety of Desserts and pastry items for functions, very much a production role giving time to focus on the individual items getting the standards consistently to the right level.

You’ll work under the guidance of a Very experienced Executive Head Chef alongside a talented brigade, producing beautiful, well-executed pastry work to a consistently high standard. This is a Pastry Chef de Partie role where your creativity genuinely matters.

We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with previous pastry experience — whether you’re a trained pastry chef or a main kitchen Chef de Partie who loves pastry and wants to develop their skills further. Either background is welcome.

Candidates will ideally need to live in the Woodbridge, Ipswich, Wickham Market area with their own transport.
