About the role
Customer Service Administrator – Leyland – Permanent – £27.5k per annum
Forrest Recruitment are currently working with a well established global manufacturer in Leyland who are seeing a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team of 2x. Duties will include handling calls and emails from customers, dealing with any order issues and queries, processing orders from start to finish, investigating customer queries when necessary and responding to customers accordingly.
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills and good attention to detail.
