Head of Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to lead our project delivery teams and ensure the successful execution of client projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives and deliverables, while also managing resources and budgets effectively. Your leadership will foster a high-performing culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement across all delivery processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment. You should have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, as well as a deep understanding of project lifecycle management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interfacing with clients and senior management regularly. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing project managers and team members, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. A relevant degree and certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
