Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of various outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet high standards of appearance and safety. Your duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pruning trees, and maintaining flower beds and shrubbery. You will also be responsible for litter picking and the general cleaning of grounds, ensuring a pleasant environment for all visitors and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for working outdoors. Previous experience in grounds maintenance or horticulture is preferred, along with knowledge of operating and maintaining landscaping equipment. You should be physically fit and able to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license is also required as you may need to travel between different sites.
