Civils Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Site Manager to oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of engineers and subcontractors, liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing project schedules, conducting regular site inspections, and implementing safety protocols to minimize risks.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in site management. A relevant degree or professional qualification is preferred, along with a thorough understanding of construction methodologies and industry regulations. You should demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software and strong problem-solving abilities are essential. Additionally, a valid CSCS card and a full driving license are required for this role.
