An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing international consumer brand as a Customer Service Advisor.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, customer support, retail head office, contact centre or DTC experience who is looking to join a business where customer experience sits at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

As part of a friendly customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.  The majority of customer interactions are handled through email, with some telephone support, making strong communication and organisational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone
• Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
• Providing order and delivery support
• Liaising with internal departments
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Contributing ideas to improve service and customer experience
• Supporting customers purchasing through online and marketplace channels

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
