- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the working day.
- Supporting colleagues with operational tasks where required.
- Following safe systems of work and using equipment correctly.
- Identifying hazards and carrying out dynamic risk assessments before and during tasks.
- Reporting maintenance issues, defects, hazards and health and safety concerns promptly.
- Taking ownership of your work area and ensuring tasks are completed to a consistently high standard.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a self-starter who can organise their workload and work with minimal supervision.
- Is confident working independently while also contributing positively to a team.
- Has previous cleaning experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.
- Has good awareness of health and safety and can assess risks while carrying out tasks.
- Can identify problems and report them promptly using the appropriate channels.
- Is physically able to undertake manual handling and the demands of an active role.
- Is reliable, punctual, and committed to providing an excellent service.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and is willing to support colleagues when operational priorities change.
