Band 5 RGN | Hospital Wards & A&E | Tooting & North London | £23–£26/hr PAYE | Days & Nights Available

NursLink is looking for experienced Band 5 Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work across busy hospital wards and Accident & Emergency departments in Tooting and North London.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centred nursing care within acute hospital environments.

Duties include:

• Assessing, planning and delivering patient care
• Administering medication safely
• Monitoring patient observations
• Supporting patients throughout their hospital stay
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
• Working alongside multidisciplinary teams
• Escalating changes in patient condition appropriately
• Promoting patient safety and dignity at all times

Requirements:

• Valid NMC Registered Nurse Pin
• Minimum 1 year’s UK hospital nursing experience
• Previous ward or A&E experience
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively within busy NHS environments
