An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join our Team in the Doncaster Area

Secure Healthcare Solutions is a complex care homecare provider. Working with adults and children in their own homes – we provide high quality care for service users with a wide range of conditions. We have a strong operational team with a robust clinical and quality process ensuring the safety of our care teams and the Service user at all times.

Pay Rate: £14ph

Immediate start

You will need to have Restraint training for this position

We are recruiting for Support Workers to join our existing team of carers to provide care to clients within their own home. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months Support Work experience

Working with a Young girl within her own home

Whist promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:

• Assist/provide personal care
• To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead
• Provide nutrition and hydration support
• Support with medication needs
• Assist in domestic duties
• Comply with all policies and procedures
• To liaise with management
• To report back any concern relating to the health of the service user
• To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions
