About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Security Manager to oversee the safety and security operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating security staff, conducting regular assessments of security risks, and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies. You will also be tasked with preparing detailed reports on security activities and incidents, liaising with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. A background in security management or law enforcement is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of security systems and technologies, as well as experience in developing training programs for security personnel. A valid security certification and relevant experience in crisis management will be considered advantageous.
