Hybrid, minimum 2 days in Worcester office once fully trained

(6-8 weeks initial training in office full time) 

£27,261 plus commission (up to £4k)

What You’ll Do

• Identify sales opportunities through inbound & outbound customer conversations
• Recommend products and solutions that genuinely meet customer needs
• Achieve sales, revenue and conversion targets
• Build strong, consultative relationships with customers
• Upsell and cross‑sell relevant products and services
• Support a positive, sustainable workplace culture 

What You Need

• Experience in customer support or sales (phone-based ideal)
• Strong communication, listening and problem‑solving skills
• Confidence in a commercial, target‑driven environment
• Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver great customer experiences
• Self‑motivation, attention to detail and a customer‑centric mindset
