Care relies on accurate information. Clear records help teams work safely, spot changes early and provide consistent care. Information handling also protects people’s privacy and dignity and protects staff by ensuring decisions and actions are properly documented. This area is useful for every care worker. Even if you never work in an office role, you will record notes, handle sensitive details and sometimes support people through complaints and concerns.
