Many people receiving care live with long-term conditions that affect mobility, speech, energy, memory and daily routines. Understanding the basics of common conditions helps you provide safer support, notice changes earlier and communicate more effectively with the wider team. This training is especially useful if you work in residential care, domiciliary care or supported living where you may support a wide range of health needs.
