40 hours per week all supernumerary

(Will include being on call)

Located in Walcot Green near Diss, the home is set within 3 acres of picturesque well kept gardens where we provide nursing, palliative and respite care for 42 residents and is rated Good by CQC.

Duties:

The key element of your role will be to support the Registered Manager in the management of the home, deputising for them in their absence to ensure the high standards are maintained at all times. Along with this you will be seen as the clinical expert within the home, providing support and guidance to the team and overseeing all aspects of clinical governance including monitoring all care plans and medication administration, training and developing the team and ensuring quality, personal care is delivered each day.
