We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Depot Administrator to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting of all materials received, whether inbound or outbound, and ensuring alignment with specific Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Key ResponsibilitiesAdmin:
Basics - filling, data entry, record maintenance, MS Office,Reporting, logging annual leave, booking training, Euroleave into spreadsheetsRaising Purchase Orders, Expenses, for PPE and tools
Receptionist:
Basics - phone calls, emails, visitorsLogging post, arranging taxis, booking meeting rooms, stationary orders
Requirements/Skills:
Happy with part time hours but can work additional hours if requiredCustomer Service’ orientedGood written and verbal communication skillsPrevious administration experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment
