About the role
Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist (or Architect with strong technical expertise) to join a leading Architectural practice. This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in delivering large-scale projects across residential, mixed-use and education sectors.
The Role
This is a Senior position requiring a highly skilled individual with proven experience in the technical delivery of complex projects. You will take responsibility for leading project teams through the technical design and construction stages, coordinating with consultants and clients, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale projects through technical design and delivery stages.
- Prepare, review and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages.
- Manage project coordination between design teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards.
- Use Revit (and ideally NBS Chorus) extensively to deliver coordinated project outputs.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
- Represent the practice in client and consultant meetings.
Candidate Requirements
- 7-10+ years’ experience in an architectural environment.
- Either a Senior Architectural Technologist or Architect with strong technical skills.
- Significant experience in delivering projects at technical and construction stages.
- Proficiency in Revit essential NBS Chorus experience desirable.
- Background in education (schools, colleges) and/or residential (housing, apartment blocks, mixed-use schemes) projects preferred.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.
