We are looking for a Deputy General Manager with experience in branded hotels.  If you have knowledge of the Belfast market, that is also helpful.  You must be a Deputy General Manager who knows the hotel industry and specifically branded hotels and their structure.  This is a great company in a growth phase and so there will be opportunities for progression.

As Deputy General Manager you will manage the team of around 50 people and support the General Manager.  You will provide leadership across all departments, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, strong financial performance and full compliance with brand standards. As Deputy General Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams and achieving strong commercial results
