Infrastructure Business Analyst

Infrastructure Business Analyst (Inside IR35)Duration: Initial 6-month contract Location: Bradford / Leeds (Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite, plus additional days as required) A key client of ours is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Business Analyst to support the delivery of a large portfolio of Capital IT Infrastructure projects within a large enterprise environment. Working within the Infrastructure Portfolio, youll partner with Project Managers, technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver multiple infrastructure workstreams across cloud, networks, SAP, data centres and wider IT services. Projects will include IT infrastructure initiatives such as cloud migrations, data centre migrations, network upgrades, databases, infrastructure refreshes, IT operations, software delivery and SAP technologies. Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.Work closely with Infrastructure Project Managers and technical delivery teams.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.Produce business analysis documentation, process maps and impact assessments.Support the delivery of multiple concurrent infrastructure projects.Perform gap analysis and support solution definition.Support testing, implementation and business readiness activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as an Infrastructure Business Analyst.Strong background delivering IT Infrastructure projects.Experience delivering Cloud (Azure), Data Centre and Network projects.Experience supporting infrastructure upgrades, migrations and asset refresh programmes.Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced enterprise environment.Demonstrable track record of delivering long-term projects within large enterprise organisations.
Desirable:
SAP project experience.Experience within utilities or other large enterprise environments.Experience supporting Capital IT projects.
