Credit Hire Litigation Fee Earner

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (Candidates with over 1 year of experience can expect £28k–£30k) We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Hire Litigation Fee Earner to join our client’s busy and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with at least 1 year of hands-on experience handling litigated credit hire RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims at a claimant law firm.

The Role

• Manage a caseload of litigated credit hire RTA files from inception to settlement.

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.

• Conduct case reviews and formulate case strategies.

• Liaise with clients, third parties, and counsel as required.

• Attend court hearings when necessary.

• Meet monthly billing targets while ensuring high-quality client service.

The Person

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience dealing with credit hire litigation in a claimant law firm.

• Strong knowledge of the litigation process and civil procedure rules.

• Ability to manage a full caseload independently.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client care.
