Trainee Sales Advisor – Insurance Sector

Salary: £18,500–£19,000 basic + guaranteed £400 monthly bonus + uncapped commission (OTE £27,500–£35,000)

The Role

As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound sales enquiries. You’ll learn the full sales process and work with customers to identify the right insurance solutions, delivering an excellent level of service throughout.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries professionally and efficiently

• Experience in car insurance sales is beneficial but not required – full training is provided

The Package

• Basic salary: £18,500–£19,000

• Guaranteed bonus: £400 per month

• OTE: £27,500–£35,000 (uncapped commission)

• Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 9:00am–7:00pm, plus every other Saturday (9:00am–2:00pm)
