Corporate Paralegal

Location: Buckinghamshire Department: Corporate Type: Full-Time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Corporate Paralegal to join a well-established and supportive law firm.  This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within corporate law, offering exposure to a broad range of corporate matters while working closely alongside experienced solicitors and partners.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide both legal and administrative support to the Corporate team, assisting with a variety of transactions, due diligence exercises, and client matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Corporate team
• Assisting with file management and document preparation
• Drafting basic correspondence and legal documents
• Conducting legal and company searches
• Supporting solicitors with corporate transactions and due diligence exercises
• Organising and maintaining electronic and paper files
• Liaising professionally with clients and third parties
• Assisting with billing, compliance, and general administration
• Supporting the team with ad hoc duties as required

About You

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Genuine interest in corporate/commercial law and developing a legal career

Desirable Experience

• Law degree or relevant legal qualification
• Previous legal or office administration experience
