Job TitleProject Support Officer
SummaryWe’re seeking a proactive Project Support Officer to join a busy directorate in London on a hybrid working basis. This role is perfect for someone organised and detail-driven, comfortable working across governance, finance, and project coordination. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders and play a key part in delivering successful outcomes.

Client OverviewOur client is a leading organisation offering an inclusive and collaborative working culture with a strong focus on governance and programme delivery.
Responsibilities
Coordinate governance activities, including tracking actions, risks, compliance metrics, and producing reports.
Maintain project schedules, risk registers, and associated documentation to support planning.
Manage procurement and financial administration, including SAP purchase orders and invoice tracking.
Organise and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure actions are completed.
Maintain accurate records and manage documents through SharePoint and Teamcenter.
Support onboarding, training record management, vetting, and induction processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative and PA support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and office coordination.
Must-have Requirements
Experience in a Project Support, Project Coordinator, Business Support, or PA role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proven experience in governance support, compliance reporting, and project coordination.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence to follow up on actions and challenge effectively when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using SAP and SharePoint.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Nice-to-have Skills
Familiarity with document control systems such as Teamcenter.
Previous experience within a regulated or complex project environment.
