Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Technician to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business.

Key Duties
- Manufacture specialist engineered components and systems.
- Carry out production, manufacturing and assembly duties to a high standard.
- Braze and solder a variety of metal components.
- Form, bend and shape metal tubing.
- Complete wet spray painting of engineered components.
- Carry out silicone moulding and coating processes.
- Assemble components using engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch.
- Carry out quality inspections while supporting ISO quality standards.
- Work across multiple production and manufacturing areas to achieve production targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, engineering, factory or assembly environment is advantageous, although full training will be provided.
- Experience with brazing or soldering is beneficial.
- Experience with pipe or tube bending is desirable.
- Experience with wet spray painting is advantageous.
- Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems is advantageous.
- Must have own transport, as there is no public transport available.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.
