Service Desk Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external users, responsible for providing exceptional technical support and ensuring a smooth user experience. Your primary duties will include responding to service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of user interactions. You will also assist in diagnosing hardware and software problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is essential, along with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. A relevant degree or certification in IT support, along with previous experience in a service desk or help desk role, is highly desirable.
