Security Receptionist - Distribution Centre

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Receptionist to join our team at a dynamic distribution centre. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access to the facility, verifying identification, and maintaining accurate visitor logs. You will also be tasked with responding to inquiries, directing guests to the appropriate departments, and managing the flow of personnel and shipments entering and exiting the premises.

In addition to front desk duties, you will play a crucial role in upholding safety and security protocols. This includes conducting regular patrols of the facility, reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to management, and assisting in emergency procedures as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in security, customer service, or a reception role is preferred. A valid security license may be required based on local regulations.
