Security Supervisor - Distribution Centre

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor for our Distribution Centre to ensure the safety and security of the facility, staff, and inventory. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations within the distribution environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies. You will lead a team of security personnel, conducting regular training sessions, and fostering a culture of vigilance and professionalism among team members. Your responsibilities will include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting security audits, and managing access control to protect against theft and unauthorized entry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, preferably within a distribution or warehouse setting. You must possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Strong observational and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to respond swiftly to security incidents and emergencies. A valid security license and first aid certification are required. Additionally, you should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable interacting with various stakeholders to uphold security measures and educate staff on safety practices.
