Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, answering queries about products, and ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked. You will also handle transactions at the cash register, process returns, and maintain accurate inventory records.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. You should be comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be a team player who can thrive in a collaborative setting.
