Multi Skilled Engineer - Fabric Engineer Bias

We are seeking a dedicated Multi Skilled Engineer with a bias towards fabric engineering to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across various buildings and facilities, ensuring all fabric-related issues are resolved efficiently. Key duties include inspecting and assessing the condition of fabric structures, executing repairs, and performing alterations as necessary. You will also be involved in general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work, to maintain a safe and functional environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of building fabric systems and relevant materials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar position, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders. A valid driving license and relevant certifications in health and safety are also required.
