Custody Detention Officer - bank

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Custody Detention Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of individuals in custody within a bank environment. Your primary duties will include monitoring detainees, maintaining order, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. You will also conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure a secure environment and report any irregularities or incidents to your supervisors promptly.

To be successful in this position, you must possess strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will often interact with a diverse range of individuals, including law enforcement personnel and bank staff. A background in law enforcement, security, or a related field is preferred, as well as a thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Flexibility in working hours is also necessary, as this position may require shifts that include nights and weekends.
