Associate/Senior Associate – Corporate

TSR Legal are currently representing a multi office legal 100 law firm based in central Bristol who are currently looking for a Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join the award-winning corporate team. Our client is a highly regarded regional firm with offices across the United Kingdom.

As a Corporate Solicitor with us, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and joint ventures, capital markets and private equity. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance on a range of corporate matters, drafting reviewing and negotiation corporate documents, conducting due diligence on behalf of clients, advising on corporate governance issues, as well maintaining effecting communication with clients.
