Installation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation processes for our various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless communication and address any issues that may arise during the installation phase. Your role will also involve developing installation schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation management, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sectors. You should possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring installation staff, conducting site inspections, and managing inventory and equipment necessary for installation tasks. A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites are also required.
