Cleaning and Waste Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning and Waste Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various sites. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as dusting surfaces and sanitizing restrooms. You will also be required to empty waste bins and ensure that all waste is disposed of in accordance with health and safety regulations. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in a cleaning or waste management role is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided. You should have good communication skills and be able to follow instructions accurately. A flexible approach to work hours is necessary, as shifts may vary, including evenings and weekends.
