Finance Manager:

Location: Nottingham

We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement within a varied and commercially focused role.

About You:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
• Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in management and statutory accounting, budgeting, and forecasting

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Oversee VAT, CIS, and statutory reporting requirements
• Lead the year-end audit process and liaise with external advisors
• Maintain financial models and monitor lending covenant compliance
• Present financial information to shareholders and senior stakeholders
• Support company secretarial activities, including board minutes and Companies House filings
